ORDER PROCESSING
- Typical order processing time is 24 - 48 hours during normal business hours.
*Orders placed outside of business hours will have the processing time line begin the following day.
TRANSIT TIMES
- Transit estimates start from the time your order is processed. You will receive an email notification once your order is fulfilled.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING
- Orders are processed following our order processing schedule. Once your package is with the carrier, delivery speed is out of our hands. Because of this, we don’t offer refunds for expedited shipping costs if the carrier experiences delays.
CANCEL ORDER
- Email customerservice@field-grade.com with your Order Number and state "Cancel Order" with your reason for cancellation.
RETURN ORDER
- Email customerservice@field-grade.com with your Order Number and state "RETURN REQUEST" listing the items you would like to return, and we will send a return label free of charge.

- Items must be returned in new, unworn condition with original tags and labels intact showing no signs of wear.
- Items that do not meet the above criteria are not eligible for a refund.

SIZING FAQ
HEADWEAR SIZING
- Field Grade adjustable headwear is manufactured on a One Size Fits Most scale, up to approximately 7 1/2 fitted hat size.
APPAREL SIZING
- Field Grade apparel sizing recommendations:
Tees - Field Grade Tees run true to size. (Reference Style 1003957: Model is 6'0" and wearing a Size Large)
Hoodies - Field Grade Hoodies run slightly smaller. We recommend sizing up for a cozier fit. (Reference Style 1003970: Model is 5'10" and wearing a Size Large).
FOOTWEAR SIZING
- Field Grade footwear sizing recommendations:
FG-1 Low Size 7 - 10.5: Compared to Nike Sizing, these FG sizes run large. We recommend stepping down a half size to a full size depending how you prefer your fit.
FG-1 Low Size 11 - 13: Compared to Nike Sizing, these FG sizes run true to size.
FG-1 High Size 7 - 10.5: Compared to Nike Sizing, these FG sizes run large. We recommend stepping down a half size to a full size depending how you prefer your fit.
