BUSINESS HOURS
Monday - Friday 9AM - 5PM EST
ORDER PROCESSING
- Typical order processing time is 36 - 72 hours during normal business hours.
*Orders placed outside of business hours have processing time line begin the following day. You will receive an email notification once your order is fulfilled.
TRANSIT
- Transit estimates start from the time your order is processed.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING
- Orders placed with Expedited Shipping are processed with priority. Once package is with the carrier, delivery speed is out of our hands. We don’t offer refunds for expedited shipping costs if the carrier experiences delays.
SIGNATURE REQUIRED
- For secure delivery, Orders of 4+ items have 'signature required' automatically added to postage.
RETURN ORDER/CANCEL ORDER/GENERAL QUESTIONS
- Email customerservice@field-grade.com with your Order Number and state your request.
RETURN CRITERIA
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt.
- Items must be returned in new, unworn condition with original tags and labels intact showing no signs of wear.
- Items that do not meet the above criteria are not eligible for a refund.
*A small fee applies to send back items ineligible for a refund.
*Shipping fee is not refundable.
*Field Grade does not support International Returns or Exchanges.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Taxes and Duties will be the responsibility of the customer. Field Grade does not support International Returns or Exchanges.
