- Typical order processing time is 24 - 48 hours during normal business hours.

- Shipping duration estimations start from the time your order is processed. You will receive a shipment notification email to indicate your order has been fulfilled.

- Email support@field-grade.com with your Order Number and state "Cancel Order" with your reason for cancellation.

- Email support@field-grade.com with your Order Number and state "RETURN REQUEST" listing the items you would like to return, and we will send a return label free of charge.

- Items must be returned within 30 days in New, unworn condition with tags intact or a refund may not be processed. A small fee applies to send back items ineligible for a refund.

- Email support@field-grade.com with your Order Number and question/issue.

- Field Grade adjustable headwear is manufactured on a One Size Fits Most scale.

- Field Grade apparel sizing recommendations:

Tees - Field Grade Tees runs true to size. (Reference Style 1003957: Model is 6'0" and wearing a Size Large)

Hoodies - Field Grade Hoodies run slightly smaller. We recommend sizing up for a cozier fit. (Reference Style 1003970: Model is 5'10" and wearing a Size Large).

- Field Grade footwear sizing recommendations:

FG-1 Low Size 7 - 10.5: Compared to Nike Sizing, these FG sizes run large. We recommend stepping down a half size to a full size depending how you prefer your fit.

FG-1 Low Size 11 - 13: Compared to Nike Sizing, these FG sizes run true to size.
