A: Goods can be returned within 30 days of purchase date for a refund as long as they are unworn, unwashed and in new condition. Buyer will be responsible for the cost of shipping to return goods to Field Grade. In the unlikely event the wrong goods were shipped or a defective item was provided, Field Grade will cover the cost of return shipping. Due to the personal nature of Clothing and Headwear, any returned goods that are worn, washed or not in new condition will be discarded and no refund will be processed. All returns can take up to three weeks from date of receipt at Field Grade for credit to be refunded.
