- Shipping duration estimations start from the time your order is processed. You will receive a shipment notification email to indicate your order has been fulfilled.

TRACKING NOTIFICATION
- You will receive a tracking notification email once your order is fulfilled. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do cannot find your tracking email.
TRACKING STATUS
- After your order leaves our facility, we won’t have any additional information beyond what you see in the carrier tracking details. If you have delivery-related questions during shipment or want more specific tracking information, please contact the carrier directly.
TRACKING SHOWS DELIVERED BUT CANNOT LOCATE ORDER
- Carriers will occasionally mark an order delivered prior to delivery, or place orders in a more secure location at your residence rather than in plain sight. Please check around your property and allow an additional 72 hours for orders to arrive before contacting the carrier.
TRACKING SHOWS DELIVERED BUT CANNOT LOCATE ORDER - AFTER 72 HOURS
- If your order shows delivered and still cannot be located after 72 hours:
- Check with neighbors to see if you order was delivered to a nearby residence.
- Check any security cameras.
- Contact your local USPS/UPS/Fedex facility as they may have your order on hand.
- File a Missing Mail claim with the carrier

RETURNS
RETURN ORDER
- Email customerservice@field-grade.com with your Order Number and state "RETURN REQUEST" listing the items you would like to return, and we will send a return label free of charge.
- Items must be returned within 30 days in New, unworn condition or a refund may not be processed. A small fee applies to send back items ineligible for a refund.
Field Grade does not support International Returns or Exchanges.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Customs Duties and Taxes will be the responsibility of the customer. Field Grade does not support International Returns or Exchanges.
